When do we run specials?

Specials are run at various times for any given amount of time.  The best way to find out about a special is by signing up for our email list or following us on any of the social media outlets.  

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase.

 

How long does it take for an international order to arrive?

We estimate that most international packages take between 7-13 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive. Major holidays can lengthen that time. Please plan accordingly.

 

 

What is the policy regarding returns or exchanges?

We validate returns within 30 days of purchase.  Returns are always free shipping for the customer.

 

 

Are there certain countries we do not ship to?

Yes, there are certain product lines we do not ship internationally and certain countries we do not ship to at all. For example we do not ship to Italy, Malaysia, Africa, Thailand, and South America because of the amount of returned and lost packages. Is there anything I should know about switching skincare lines?
